CHICKEN CURRY

1 Chicken (manok)
• 2 Garlic and Onion (bawang at sibuyas)
• Cooking oil (Mantika)
• Coconut Milk (Gata ng niyog)
• Tomato (Kamatis)
• Water, salt, and curry powder (Tubig, asin at curry powder.)

1. Cut chicken in 1 ½ inches. (Hiwain ang manok na may 1 ½ na pulgada)
2. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces (tadtarin ang bawang at sibuyas).
3. Heat the pan with cooking oil and sauté onion and garlic until it becomes brown (Painitin ang mantika at igisa ang bawang at sibuyas)
4. Put the curry powder (Ihalo ang curry)
5. Put the chicken (Ihalo ang manok)
6. Bring to boil until the chicken becomes tender. (Pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot ang manok)
7. Mix the tomatoes and serve (Ihalo ang kamatis at ihain).

Sinigang na Baboy

• ½ kilong baboy (hiwain ng may katamtamang laki lamang)
• 2 kamatis
• 6 gabi (binalatan)
• 1 labanos
• Sampalok
• 5 tasang tubig

1. Lagyan ng tubig ang kaserola at ilagay ang baboy.
2. Ilaga ang baboy
3. Ilagay ang kamatis, sibuyas at sampalok at pakuluan
4. Isama ang gabi at labanos. Hintayin lumambot ang gabi.
5. Ibuhos ang katas ng Sampalok at timplahan ng patis.
6. Hintaying maluto at lumambot ang baboy at ihain
FISH WITH MISUA (Isdang may Miswa)

• 1 Fried fish (Pritong isda)
• ½ cup of Misua (1/2 tasang miswa)
• ½ garlic (1/2 bawang)
• 2 ripe tomatoes (2 hinog na kamatis)
• Salt (asin)

1. Saute garlic (Gisahin ang bawang)
2. Put the misua in the cooking pan and add salt. (Ilagay ang miswa at asin)
3. Bring into boil (Pakuluan)
4. When cooked, pour the misua on the fried fish and serve. (Ibuhos ang misua sa pritong isda)

FISH ADOBO (Adobong Isda)

Ingredients (Mga Sangkap)

• 1 Big fish (malaking isda)
• 5 spoons of water (kutsarang tubig)
• 5 spoons of vinegar (suka)
• 1 onion (sibuyas)
• 1 garlic (bawang)
• 6 slices of pepper cutted into stripes (Sili hiniwa na pahaba)
• 2 Laurel leaves
• Cooking oil (mantika)

1. Clean the fish (Linisin mabuti ang isda)
2. Cut the fish vertically at least 2 ½ centimeters (Hiwain ang isda na pahalang na may sukat na 2 ½ sentimetro)
3. Put salt (lagyan ng asin)
4. Fry the fish (Prituhin at itabi)
5. Saute the garlic, onion, and pepper (Gisahin ang bawang sibuyas at sili)
6. Put the laurel leaves and vinegar (ilagay ang dahon ng laurel at suka)
7. Put water and the fish (lagyan ng tubig at ihulog ang isda)
8. Add seasonings and wait to boil then serve (
