
CHICKEN CURRY
• 1 Chicken (manok)
• 2 Garlic and Onion (bawang at sibuyas)
• Cooking oil (Mantika)
• Coconut Milk (Gata ng niyog)
• Tomato (Kamatis)
• Water, salt, and curry powder (Tubig, asin at curry powder.)
1. Cut chicken in 1 ½ inches. (Hiwain ang manok na may 1 ½ na pulgada)
2. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces (tadtarin ang bawang at sibuyas).
3. Heat the pan with cooking oil and sauté onion and garlic until it becomes brown (Painitin ang mantika at igisa ang bawang at sibuyas)
4. Put the curry powder (Ihalo ang curry)
5. Put the chicken (Ihalo ang manok)
6. Bring to boil until the chicken becomes tender. (Pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot ang manok)
7. Mix the tomatoes and serve (Ihalo ang kamatis at ihain).
